There is a very well organized circle of friends that go by THE WATCHMEN ON THE WALL who are nothing but frauds, scam artists and con men. Through FEAR and LIES, DOOM and GLOOM they entice a gullible and naive audience and rope them into their CULT and, for those in-the-know, they are admitted into their WITCH COVEN.
